Lost Tide Spirit Co’s 2026 seasonal Apricot Liqueur is here. This decadent liqueur is a labour of love. Made with all local hand picked and ripened Apricots. Creating this liqueur has been a three month long process.

We steep the fruit in high proof spirit for three months, then strain and press it, and then reuse some of the fruit as part of a sweet syrup.

It’s versatile, perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or as a sophisticated addition to cocktails.
